High-quality revitalization of a traditional industrial site with aspired certification as a sustainable ESG campus.

New Work, Home Office, Industry 4.0 - the world of work is changing rapidly. Digitalization, automation, and global connectivity are creating not only new fields of work but also novel forms of work. What's in demand are flat hierarchies, a flexible work routine, and a high degree of self-determination. Whether it's in production, craftsmanship, IT, or services, it's all about teamwork, innovation, creation, collaboration, and coordination. This requires flexible structures, along with clear project-related tasks and objectives. It also demands an understanding of both people and technologies. All of this is taken into account and finds a home here.

WHERE FUTURE MEETS THE CITY

Berlin is growing and growing. Leading the way: Spandau.

For years, the westernmost district of Berlin has been recording above-average growth rates. It's no wonder, considering its excellent infrastructure and optimal connectivity, with consistently fast connections to the surrounding areas and the heart of Berlin.

An additional advantage is the numerous extensive forest and waterfront areas along the Havel River, which add their own charming touch right in the midst of the metropolis.

WHERE PROGRESS AT HOME

Generous and open courtyards, inviting alleys, various buildings with entirely different characters, and in between, constantly intriguing views of the water. The architectural concept by Gewers Pudewill consciously embraces diversity and, at the same time, manages to make more out of the whole than the sum of its parts.

WHERE SPACE CREATES KNOWLEDGE

For around 300 years, the area on the banks of the Havel has been used as a production site. The future use at Zitadellenweg builds directly on this DNA.

The location offers excellent opportunities for Production 4.0, prototyping, research and development, both digital and analog manufacturing, and much more.

Life-Science-Ready

Modern industrial workplaces and logistics concepts aligned with GMP guidelines can be realized on the site just as naturally as laboratories with biological safety levels S1 to S3.

And New Work concepts with spaces for meetings and events also find their individual space here.

An extraordinary highlight is the opportunity to build 120 commercial residential units in the loft building at the entrance to the area: perfect for new employees and out-of-town guests.
